Cases supported: 4,840 and counting
Impact intelligence for frontline NGOs
Track cases, prevention activities, KPIs, finances, and donor reports in real time without ever exposing client identities.
Eight pillars. One privacy-first platform.
Secure case management
Anonymised case files, intake to closure, with role-based access and a full audit trail.
Prevention outreach analytics
Track participants, demographics, and reach across activities, regions, and reporting periods.
Project and KPI tracking
Initiatives, activities, tasks, and KPI targets versus actuals — all connected in one timeline.
Finance and receipt workflows
Budget lines, multi-currency receipts, admin approvals, and an auditable ledger.
Donor-ready reports
Templated report builder with chart blocks, dynamic variables, and citation-aware drafts.
AI-assisted statistics
A floating analyst that answers questions over anonymised data — never the client directory.
Secure Client Directory integration
Identity verification through an isolated companion app, linked only by an opaque Registry ID.
Audit logs and governance
JSONB diffs, attribution, admin-only deletion, and tight CSV export controls.
A real-time operating system for sensitive-service NGOs.
SWAGAA is an Eswatini-based NGO working to end gender-based violence, sexual abuse, and human trafficking. The dashboard was built to support case tracking, prevention outreach, M&E, project management, financial accountability, donor reporting, and real-time analytics.
Personally identifying information lives in a separate, secure companion app — the SWAGAA Client Directory. The dashboard itself contains anonymised operational data only.

A reusable model for partner digital transformation.
Crossroads International works through partner organisations that often face data, reporting, and administrative capacity constraints. This platform demonstrates how thoughtful digital tools can reduce manual reporting, protect sensitive data, improve accountability, and communicate impact.
The SWAGAA implementation can become a reusable model for other partners — especially those working in sensitive sectors such as GBV, child protection, legal aid, trafficking, refugee support, health, and human rights.
Built in one month. In daily use since 1 March 2026.
Plus 4 activities and 19 initiatives already created and tracked within the platform.
Two apps. One opaque identifier between them.
Anonymised operations
Anonymised case files, KPIs, activities, reports, statistics, finances, and operational workflows. No names. No national IDs. No contact details.
Senior-staff identity
Names, national IDs, contact details, demographics, and identity verification artifacts — held in a separate database, separate auth, and separate hosting, behind 2FA.

The only shared linkage is an opaque Registry ID. This reduces breach impact and enables reporting, analytics, and AI features without exposing PII.
A proof of concept for partner-wide digital transformation.
